I created this page to answer any questions you may have concerning our digital products and how you can make proper use of them.

 

1. Will your products improve my relationship or marriage?

Our digital products were created with love to help you build a healthy and happy relationship.

Whether you’re in a brand-new relationship or you’ve been together for years, there’s always something you can do to add more passion and improve your love life.

Our products can help you express your love in a unique way, spend more quality time with your sweetheart and rekindle the romance in your relationship. 

2. Should I print the files on my own or at a local print shop?

It entirely depends on you. If you’re computer savvy and have an efficient printer at home with ink, feel free to print the files by yourself.

If you’re not sure you can handle the printing process by yourself at home or you don’t have access to a personal printer, you can print the files in a local print shop to skip the hassle of printing at home.

3. What paper size can I use when printing?

Most of our digital products are formatted to print on a standard 8.5”x11” letter size.

For the printables, I strongly recommend using A4 or US letter paper size (8.5″ X 11″) for the best outcome.

For the printable cards, use A7 paper (10″ X 7″) which will measure 5″ X 7″ when folded.

4. Can I share your awesome products with my friends and family?

It’s flattering to know that you want to share our products with people you love but unfortunately, that is against copyright law and you have no right to share our products with unpaid customers.

You are allowed to print and use any of them from your home for your personal use. They are not for commercial purposes therefore you cannot share, alter or sell them.

The best way to help other people is to share the product page directly on social media or via email so they can purchase it and improve their relationships.

5. How can I use the printables?

Most of our products are printable files that are delivered in PDF format for ease of use. You can choose to read them directly on your device or print them on any paper you choose.

In case you want to print the products, I recommend using A4 or US letter paper size to avoid compatibility issues.

Please note that a color printer is required for all colored printables, otherwise your printable will come out in plain black & white.

6. Where can I get the download link?

After successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with the download link. You have 5 attempts to download the products before the link will expire.

If you didn’t receive the email after purchase, kindly check your spam or junk folder. It could be lurking there.

In case, something happens and you don’t receive the download link in your email after payment, please contact us on jenniferdagi@gmail.com to get a direct link where you can download the product. 

7. What if I have trouble printing the files at home?

It’s normal to experience issues when printing documents at home. Here is a step-by-step guide on printing digital files from the comfort of your home:

Step 1: Open the PDF in Adobe Reader. If you don’t have Adobe Reader installed on your computer you can download it online for free. Make sure you are using the latest version.

Step 2: Load your printer with normal size paper (A4 or US letter). I recommend using a matte photo stock or a white card stock paper for ease.

Step 3: Go to File – Print. The Print window will open. Go to Page Setup. If you don’t see that button click on the Properties button. Under Paper Size choose the size you want then click on print.

It’s as easy as ABC. You can also print the files on hard paper if you have any.

In case you try to print the files at home without success, kindly visit a nearby professional print shop in your area for assistance.

8. Do you have a refund policy?

We are so confident that you will find our products incredibly helpful if you put in the work and do your own part.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds since we sell online digital products that can be downloaded instantly after payment.
