REFUND POLICY

You are responsible to pay for the Moments With Jenny, LLC product in full before receiving the product download (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit/debit card or other payment method.

We do not offer a payment plan on any of our products and all of our products are digital products that you will have to download or print at your own convenience. Nothing will be shipped to you.

You will not be able to download any of our products unless you pay for it in full. Immediately after a successful payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the product download link and payment details.

If you do not get any email within 2 hours of purchase, kindly contact us on jenniferdagi@gmail.com.

There is no refund policy of any kind in place because we do not accept returns of digital products sold in our store.

You automatically agree to this when you order in our shop. Please do not purchase any product unless you are sure you want the item.

We put an extraordinary amount of time and love into creating our products, and we know they’ll be valuable to you if you put in necessary effort and time.
